Homegrown Smudging Bundle

Homegrown sage, homegrown lemon balm (by me or soul fire farm), homegrown nasturtium, and foraged mugwort herb bundle for smudging and intention setting. White sage has been over harvested and indigenous peoples are losing access to this sacred ancestral ceremonial herb. 

Smudging is a term indigenous peoples used to describe the ceremony of burning an herb bundle, primarily sage, to cleanse a space. I have indigenous heritage, but for those that don’t, calling it a burn bundle will suffice. 

This bundle will help cleanse your space and your spirit, energize and boost creativity, and encourage our spiritual self to come into balance with our earthly, grounded self. It will also help open the portal to communication with your ancestors and bring their wisdom in.
