Custom Fragrance Blend

Fragrance can be used as proxy for positive emotional experiences. What this means, is that if we use a particular scent religiously during times of rest and relaxation, joy and activity, etc, we can then utilize that scent in other situations to draw back the positive emotions. 

There are also scents, like lavender and bergamot, that have been proved to reduce cortisol (the stress hormone) in the saliva, and reduce heart rate. 

This is where you're able to create your own custom fragrance, whether that be a mist or a roller, so that you can use the scent during meditation, or dance, or working out, or whatever activity you'd like to associate with positivity, and bring that emotional experience back in stressful or triggering situations.
